Light of Winter

As Autumn gave way to Winter, the world begins to hold its breath. Silence falls upon all corners of the land. Life turns to shelters as white flakes of snow drift down from the darkened skies. As the last of the water turns to ice and brown soil to white, the transformation of the season is complete. Even when the sun breaks through, the Light of Winter continues to grace the land.
